Laser Hair Removal Procedure Available Since 1997 by Beverly
Hair started to come out on the chin of this 21 year old girl. After more than 20 years of plucking, shaving, and waxing, she is still left with an embarrassingly thick and dark stubble. Facial hair on the upper lip and chin was the problem of another girl who was only 12 years old. When she would eat in a restaurant, she would keep her back toward the window because she didn’t want sunlight to reflect on her.
Her effort to boost her self confidence as a teenager by bleaching her effort did not pay much. It was the time of the day that determined whether I felt comfortable or not. After lots of experimentation and years of feeling self conscious, these two girls have finally found something that works and makes them feel wonderful. They have turned to laser hair removal system to get rid of their unwanted facial hair.
Since 1997, this procedure called laser hair removal involves using intense light to heat and destroy hair follicles underneath the skin’s surface. Although it doesn’t ensure permanent effects, it does provide a long term solution to those who are not comfortable with the amount of hair they have or the locations in which they grow.
Speaking from my experience as being plagued by hair growth all my life, I think that this is the best thing yet. You’re not going to walk out of there hairless, but to me, it’s just fantastic. An additional four treatments plus some touch ups are among what this lady has received since her first treatment. The procedures, she said, have been so successful, she is left with only five black hairs on her chin.
To date, it really is the most effective of techniques in hair removal. A problem which had not been manageable before now takes its place among those that can be controlled. Among the various causes of excess body hair is the use of certain medicines and also conditions like hirsutism and polycystic ovary syndrome.

She wanted the answer to her problem to be one that would last forever. In response, the director said that those with that kind of expectation won’t be happy with the treatment. Hair removal is not a permanent solution. The technology just allows us to reduce hair and control its growth on the long term.
The director insists on having a questionnare about the hair growth and areas to be treated answered first before he agrees to do any treatment. There is a question in the form about expectations. The doctor refuses those who say that they expect no further hair growth whatsoever. There are others who feel that the prospect of decreased growth and density of hair for an extended period of time is enough reason to have the treatment done to them. My skin is sensitive and so instead of always having to take care of it, I saw this as a simpler way of handling things, she states.
